I tried using the search a few times, but the results felt all over the place. Some pages I knew should be there didn’t even show up, so after a while I just gave up and looked elsewhere.

I had a problem with my account and messaged support, thinking it would be a quick thing, but nope, it took forever to hear back. And when they finally did reply, it didn’t really solve anything, which was annoying because by then I’d already been waiting ages. I had to follow up again, and it just felt like no one was actually looking into it properly. Maybe the service is fine when everything works, but if you need help fast, that’s where it gets frustrating. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless their support improves.

I tried using wip and actually found it confusing. The layout just didn’t really make sense to me, and I kept clicking around trying to find basic things. Nothing felt simple or quick. I only realized after the fact that my projects were public, and that was frustrating. Maybe I missed something, but it didn’t feel obvious or clearly explained when I was setting things up. I’m not saying I had top-secret stuff in there or anything, but projects can still include ideas, notes, work-in-progress details, or just things you don’t necessarily want visible to everyone. It made me feel a little uneasy, mostly because I would’ve handled things differently if I’d known from the start. I think this really needs to be called out more clearly before someone creates or shares a project

I really wanted to use the site on my phone, but it’s been frustrating. Pages take a while to load, and some of the buttons don’t respond the way they should. I regret not just waiting until I was on a computer because using it on mobile was more annoying than expected.

wip.com is decent if you only need simple stuff, and some parts worked fine for me. But personally, I have a certain standard for tools I use regularly, and this felt a bit too unfinished. I’ve been having a frustrating time with Wip.com lately. Pages randomly won’t load, projects freeze up, and I keep running into errors right when I’m trying to make updates. i checked out Wip hoping to find a more active community, but it felt kind of dead. i posted and looked around, but most posts barely had any replies and there just wasn’t much conversation happening. it didn’t really feel worth sticking around for me.

I really don’t think this was worth the money at all. I was expecting something better for the price, but it just didn’t deliver — which is frustrating, honestly. Save your cash if you’re on the fence.
