"Hard to find what I need"
I tried using the search a few times, but the results felt all over the place. Some pages I knew should be there didn’t even show up, so after a while I just gave up and looked elsewhere.
"I had a problem with my account…"
I had a problem with my account and messaged support, thinking it would be a quick thing, but nope, it took forever to hear back. And when they finally did reply, it didn’t really solve anything, which was annoying because by then I’d already been waiting ages. I had to follow up again, and it just felt like no one was actually looking into it properly. Maybe the service is fine when everything works, but if you need help fast, that’s where it gets frustrating. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless their support improves.

"Pretty confusing for a first-time user"
I tried using wip and actually found it confusing. The layout just didn’t really make sense to me, and I kept clicking around trying to find basic things. Nothing felt simple or quick. Maybe it’s better once you already know your way around, but as a new user, it was frustrating enough that I actually gave up after a while

"I wish it was clearer that projects are public"
I only realized after the fact that my projects were public, and that was frustrating. Maybe I missed something, but it didn’t feel obvious or clearly explained when I was setting things up. I’m not saying I had top-secret stuff in there or anything, but projects can still include ideas, notes, work-in-progress details, or just things you don’t necessarily want visible to everyone. It made me feel a little uneasy, mostly because I would’ve handled things differently if I’d known from the start. I think this really needs to be called out more clearly before someone creates or shares a project
"I really wanted to use the site on..."
I really wanted to use the site on my phone, but it’s been frustrating. Pages take a while to load, and some of the buttons don’t respond the way they should. I regret not just waiting until I was on a computer because using it on mobile was more annoying than expected.

"Fine for Basics, But Not Quite Up to My Standard"
wip.com is decent if you only need simple stuff, and some parts worked fine for me. But personally, I have a certain standard for tools I use regularly, and this felt a bit too unfinished. I kept looking for features and settings that I expected to already be there. It’s not terrible by any means, but if you need something more complete, it can get frustrating quickly. For now, it’s just not enough for what I need.
"Signing up was more frustrating than I expected"
I tried signing up on wip.com and got stuck fast. The steps weren’t very clear, the emails took longer than I expected, I wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next. After about 20 minutes of going in circles, I just gave up.

"Frustrating layout and clunky design"
I had a hard time using wip. The whole layout feels cramped, like everything is squeezed in without much breathing room. The buttons don’t really stand out either, so I kept clicking around just trying to find basic stuff. The design feels kind of unfinished to me, almost like it was put together quickly and never really polished. The service itself might be fine, but the UI frustrated me enough that I gave up fast

"Always seems to go down at the worst time"
I’ve been having a frustrating time with Wip.com lately. Pages randomly won’t load, projects freeze up, and I keep running into errors right when I’m trying to make updates. It’s one of those tools I want to rely on, but lately I’m just sitting there refreshing and hoping it works... not really ideal.

"Had to Escalate Because Customization Was So Limited"
I tried using Wip and got frustrated with how limited the customization was. I couldn’t really get things to look or function the way I needed, and after messing with it for a while, it felt like I was just hitting the same walls over and over. I ended up having to escalate the issue because it wasn’t something I could work around on my own. Not the experience I was hoping for.

"Just Couldn't Keep Track"
I was just looking for a simple way to see my tasks and how things were moving along, but Wip felt kind of confusing to me. The updates were hard to follow and I kept thinking I knew what was done, but then—wait, where did that go? I kept losing track. It just didn’t end up being useful for me.

"Shipping feels like a game now, not in a good way"
I used to just send packages and be done with it, but now with all the points, badges, progress bars, and little challenges, it feels weirdly stressful. Shipping was already not my favorite thing, and somehow making it more like a game made it worse for me. I know maybe some people like that stuff, but for me it just got annoying fast. I wanted simple, and instead too much extra stuff there is now.

"Felt like it wasn’t really built to keep me going"
I was hoping wip would actually help me stay accountable, but it didn’t really do much for me. I checked it for a few days and then just kind of forgot about it. The motivation side felt weak, and I didn’t feel any real push to keep going. Part of me wondered if it was more about getting me to sign up and use the app than actually helping me stick with my goals

"Privacy settings felt confusing"
As someone who’s careful about where my personal info ends up, I found this a bit frustrating. It’s hard to tell what data they’re actually keeping, and when I tried to delete things, the process felt way too unclear. I’d feel a lot better if they made the privacy and deletion options more straightforward...

"Is it just me, or is wip.com really slow?"
I’ve been trying to use Wip, but most days it loads painfully slow for me. Pages just sit there hanging, and I end up giving up about half the time. I’m curious if other people are having the same issue, because it’s been frustrating on my end.

"Integrations used to feel better, but now they’re a hassle"
I started using wip.com mostly for automations, i expected it to be smoother. It feels like this kind of thing used to work better, but lately the integrations have been frustrating. A few wouldn’t connect properly, and even the ones that did felt like they were only halfway working. I kept having to double-check things manually, which kind of defeats the whole point of setting up automations in the first place. Support also took a while to get back to me. Maybe it’s fine for really basic workflows, but for what I needed, it ended up costing me more time than it saved

"The notifications got to be too much"
I gave Wip a try, but the notifications started getting on my nerves quickly. I’m careful about what I let send me emails and alerts, and this felt like way too much. I tried changing the settings, but it wasn’t super clear what actually turned things off, and I still kept getting messages afterward. It seems like a basic thing to manage, but it made the site frustrating to use.

"I gave wip.com a shot because I was..."
I gave wip.com a shot because I was hoping to meet people, network a bit, maybe find someone to actually build or collaborate with... but it just felt quiet and awkward most of the time.
A lot of posts seemed to go nowhere, and when I reached out to people, I either didn’t hear back or got replies that felt super low effort. It was hard to tell who was actually serious and who was just kind of there...
Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it ended up feeling like wasted time. I was expecting more real conversations and actual connection, not just scrolling around and waiting for something to happen.

"felt quiet overall"
i checked out Wip hoping to find a more active community, but it felt kind of dead. i posted and looked around, but most posts barely had any replies and there just wasn’t much conversation happening. it didn’t really feel worth sticking around for me.

"Honestly, not worth it"
I really don’t think this was worth the money at all. I was expecting something better for the price, but it just didn’t deliver — which is frustrating, honestly. Save your cash if you’re on the fence.
